How do I add personalization to my order?
On eligible product pages, choose the personalization option before adding the item to your cart. Enter your personalization details carefully in the provided field.
Can I preview my personalization before production?
At this time, we may not be able to provide a digital preview for every personalized order. Please enter your personalization details carefully, including spelling, initials, letter order, and any special instructions.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Personalized orders begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@theluxeleather.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized, engraved, embroidered, monogrammed, or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Personalized items may require additional preparation time depending on the product and customization details.

What should I do if my tracking says delivered but I did not receive my package?
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at customer.service@theluxeleather.com with your order number so we can help review the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@theluxeleather.com. Orders that have already shipped or entered production, especially personalized orders, may not be eligible for cancellation.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at customer.service@theluxeleather.com if your shipping address is incorrect. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Cuiravo purchase. Eligible unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized, engraved, embroidered, monogrammed, or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
How do I start a return or exchange?
At this time, we are unable to offer any exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, or style, please place a new order. If your original item is eligible for return, you may request a return by contacting us at customer.service@theluxeleather.com within 14 days of delivery.
Personalized, monogrammed, engraved, embroidered, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer.service@theluxeleather.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
