It just arrived. OMGOSH!!! it is the perfect size. the leather is Soft and supple and easy to adjust and fill. Plus I felt a little teary as I saw the leather heart with the key loop. What a sweet touch. You clearly love your products and care about quality. I love the simplicity and sleek design. A classic. I am so happy. Looks much better than the pictures. The zippers do need time to break in time. Straps could use some padding. But they do make leather padding for backpacks. Fortunately I have a leather trumpet case with a removable pad for the shoulder strap that worked perfectly. Communication from seller was top notch and backpack was delivered very fast. This was a great buying experience and the the customer service was great. This actually the same backpack as sold on the MAHI leather website for much less. Don’t hesitate buy this one from this seller.
The owner, Nida was very responsive and friendly. She tried to accurately answer all of my questions.
The bag itself is beautiful. As soon as I received it, I went on to treat with the conditioner twice. After about a week of use, I have three suggestions.
1. would be to have another zipper for the main compartment. I find myself always taking a couple of seconds to find where the zipper is and reaching out for it to open or close the bag.
2. The other suggestion is to have another pocket on the back, like a little secret safer pocket between my back and the back of the bag.
3. Lastly, to have a bit of embossed padding to the straps. The bag is on the heavier side (which it should be as it’s a quality leather) so I found my shoulders get a bit tired after a long day of use.
Don’t take me wrong, not complaints, suggestions;)
